Christian Songs I Would Like to Play on the Violin

I played the violin for a couple of years in elementary school, but quit because, at the time, I got bored of it.

And now, I regret quitting, because I actually love the violin. I think I just didn't want to practice. Which I know a lot of people are that way with practicing something. They want to be good at something without having to practice.

But, I am eager to get back into it, and learning how to play, and I do want to practice!

Here are some Christian songs I would like to learn how to play on the violin:

  • Amazing Grace

  • Joy to the World

  • How Great Thou Art

  • It is Well With My Soul

  • To God Be the Glory

  • Hallelujah

  • What a Friend We Have in Jesus

  • In Christ Alone

  • Agnus Dei

  • O, Holy Night

  • Away in a Manger

  • O Come All Ye Faithful

  • Angels We Have Heard on High

  • Ave Maria

  • Hark! The Herald Angels Sing

  • Ding Dong Merrily On High

  • Miracle Hymn

  • What a Beautiful Name

  • 10,000 Reasons (Bless the Lord)

  • Jesus Loves Me, This I Know

  • Firm Foundation (He Won't)

  • O Come O Come Emmanuel

  • The Lord's Prayer

  • Nothing But the Blood of Jesus

  • God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen

I don't plan on learning all these songs in one year. I may learn one or two at a time, per month.

I can't wait to get started!!
